According to the Hodgdon website for 300 AAC Blk the load development table suggests between 14.3 and 15.3 grains of H110 pushing a Hornady 168 grn HPBT (COL 2.230") , Small Rifle Magnum primer.
However the load is developed for a 16" barrel 1 in 8 twist and I'm developing a load for a 7.5" barrel (piston length gas system) with a 1 in 10 twist for an AR15.
Any suggestion from the more experienced amongst us as to how the different barrel lengths would effect the load and perhaps a suggestion by as to what a reasonable start range may be for supersonic?
