you will have to host them. i use www.photobucket.com but there are many others. Just sign up, and upload the pictures.

after that during a posting just click the "insert image" button.

if after that you dont have it sorted , just reply to this tread and we can sort it out.

also WELCOME to CGN !

I followed Wally's instructions here:

I'm not exactly computer gifted, but it's easy once you do it a few times.

Alright guys,I followed Wally's instructions. I got my pics on to photo-bucket. I copied the image URL and pasted it on my add on E+E. I get a box with a red X,the URL-

All the http+text was there+ ?[/QUOTE]

The above is how it should look when posting, minus the space between http: and //i2. On Photobucket copy and paste the bottom URL called "IMG Code". When done it should look like this:

When copying the image location from other places remember you need to have
at the end of the address.

Always makes me laugh when I see a seller state in the EE that he has pics available by e-mail for "serious buyers". I think that if he was himself serious about selling, he would learn how to post good pics and cut down on the tire kickers right off the hop. :slap:

I fully agree.

The only times I have had trouble selling on the net was when I was too lazy to take pics and the time to post them. Clear pictures posted properly will move any properly priced item out the door in short order.

And trust me, I am no computer whiz. Cripes, I have to ask the wife to help me turn this crazy contraption on ;)

Saddletramp, if you select the option from photobucket that already has the IMG tags before and after, it will probably copy automatically, if not, just press [ctrl] + c, then just come back to where you want to post, and press [ctrl] + v, to paste the text. That's how I do it. You don't need to press the insert image button this way, just pasting the text does it for you. Hope this helps :)

Thank's for the help guys. I hope some of this helps the other guys that are having trouble. It is so nice to have a picture with an add.
