How Durable is the VZ58 AR Magwell Adapter?

from what i read on here most people seem to like the csa. did I just get a lemon? its like my receiver is milled out a bit too much in the front or that the adapter has worn a bit. I have found ways to jimmy it in there by shimming the ass end, but it inevitably fails after a few rounds.
