ive talked to a few friends in the states and they all got pmags by walking into smaller shops..
some in texas, some in arkinsas...im sure the more knows shops are sold out, but the mags are still around... i dont see our mag prices going that high... they will return, we will survive.

One of the retailers in Edmonton sold their last batch for $50/mag. Kinda makes me want to stop dealing with them. Too bad they always seem to have what I'm looking for when I need reloading supplies.
Greedy gouging really brothers me, I'm pretty sure they didn't pay more for that batch. They probably just knew a shortage was coming.
I can't wait for this to pass and be able to by them for $20 each again, will be laughing at the suckers that paid $50-$100 each.

Better grow a tactical beard to go with those fancy mags boys.
Keep drinking the cool-aid suckers.

Why would I pay 100 for 1 pmag when I can get 5 for 119.00 and they have them in stock. (MSAR) or 1 for 28.99 allot cheaper if you ask me.

Get them well you can.........Guys put the money to the NRA/GOA and this will go away fast.....If you have practically no mags, paying the new price is not that bad.....it may go down in time, but if you don't have any get a few...

I herd these MSAR mags are fanatastic, any feedback????

They're ok...pinned right at 5 rounds (so you have to give a smack on a closed bolt). The first round can be snug so don't ride the charge handle...and one of mine doesn't drop free (which I'm not worried about). Otherwise they're fine...but Pmags are still king in my opinion.

I won't be buying any Pmags for these prices, new or used. However I support people asking whatever they want for what they're selling, and also those who are willing to buy it. More power to you.

The real question is how much do you think beowulf magazines are going to be selling for? :)

I heard two (2) went for $500. Wasn't me, as I only had the one - and it was gifted out along with 6 Beowulf dummy rounds. Yes you cynics - gifted. I also gave a bunch of stuff on the "Pay-It-Forward" thread (ammo, etc.) not to mention a bunch of free Magpul stuff over the summer as well. Some of you have really, really short memories...

I'll give you that, if nothing else, it is entertaining.

Yes, "entertaining"...

pre-ban will be 50-200 bucks per mag...post ban will be 20 bucks....once they have been making 10 round mags as the new normal, we will be pinning 10 round mags to 5 rds and the price should be back down.

Boltgun

ETA - unless there is a BOHICA tax again.

But that's not to say that our Canadian dealers can't get a hold of the 30-rounders. The mag ban is only for the states. They will still e able to export the 30 rounders no? And then our dealers pin them. Or am I mistaken?
