The PPC is a fine, exceptionally accurate cartridge, and most PPC rifles shoot very well.
Most have fairly slow twist barrels, and are intended to shoot the lighter flat based bullets favoured for benchrest. (60-70gr).
Consequently, wind will be a major factor at long range.
At 300, the rifle should shoot very well, although lateral stringing may show up. In calm conditions, fine groups should be possible. Should be possible in windier conditions too, if the wind is read correctly.
