firstly..get your mind outta the gutter !!!LOL, but i have a 10/22, and i am waiting on some new parts to arrive; a Volquastern extractor and auto bolt release (courtesy of rimfire sports), and a bolt buffer (via a shooting buddy), seeing as i have never taken the bolt out of a 10/22 yet, how hard will it be to install these parts ?, are there any tricks i should be aware of ?

You Tube is your friend.there are some videos on there that show how to disasamble the 10/22.there a very easy rifle to work on.my only advise is DO NOT REMOVE THE SAFETY.don't ask how I know this.;)

To remove the bolt:
Remove the 2 pins holding your trigger group into your receiver.
When the T/G is removed, remove your stop bolt pin.
With the stop bolt pin removed, pull back on the charging handle as far as possible.
Put your finger in front of the bolt and lift the bolt UP and OUT of the receiver.

After you have re-installed the bolt into the receiver, push your bolt buffer into and through the stop bolt holes.
*NOTE* - DO NOT put your buffer rod in first and then try to install your bolt.
It will not allow your bolt the space to fit back in the receiver.
Also....when reinstalling your trigger group back into the receiver, #### the hammer back first or it will bind on the bolt.
It sounds somewhat difficult.....but it's not. :D
Good luck!
