Not all valmets are non-restricted. Only the M78 and hunter. Ask him what model. If he doesnt say either of those its prohib.

This is what I did...
1-Found one online that had a bunch of extra stuff and was NIB!!!
2-Purchased it
3-Phoned Questar and paid them $200
4-Now it is on the way.

Once it arrives I will post and leave my impression from this event along with all the prices.

Why not purchase one in Canada already? they are over priced!!! it is cheeper to get one from the USA!!!

I found it on WWW & before purchasing, I told the seller the steps involved, they were ok with it and i bought it.

It is just a paperwork matter now.
