thats when the gov took too more money then they agreed to, sat o nit all year and collected interest then said oops here is your money back after you do up all the paperwork to show that they took too much

But yes its a good excuse to buy someting without the wife chewing you out too much. I bought a new winch for my truck and I'm thinking of a chrony and perhaps a new rifle to go with my $99 Norinco M213
