How is NEA for warranty issues?

Bought a 2nd hand X39 upper and am wondering how true their "lifetime warranty" is if it grenades.
Only Barrel and Bolt are NEA

By practically all of the accounts here they have been great wrt warranty. Being located in Canada means quick turnaround as well.

They will set it right "if" something happens.

Had an issue with an NEA rifle, sent it to them and got it back in my hands a week and a half later with a few nice surprises. They probably won't replace your upper if it's just the BCG and barrel unless those explode and ruint he upper I'm guessing.

They've had enough practice....

They replaced my railed forend when the original was found to be moving all over the place. I sent them the upper, and they sent it back with the new gen rail on it, and its rock solid. No problems for me, other than the fact that it was shipped with a rail that moved around, and that should not have happened.
