I already have a poor man's Holland and Holland, an AyA Model#1 12 ga. made in the old way with artistry and skill. Really appreciate its handling, subtle lines and fit and finish. So now I'd like a Krieghoff Classic Double rifle in 9.3x74R to keep it company please!

I saw that one on TV awhile back and it's neat. Long wait time though for a made to order H&H double,
not to mention the cost. 40-50k+ depending on options. I agree with Super Cub.... a .303 would be
just so right.:)

Mine is a lightweight 16 GA, built by an old Scot artisan more than eighty years ago, that feels like a wand when you pick it up. Somewhere along the way it was rechambered to take 2 3/4" shells, and is an amazing grouse and ptarmigan gun.

It was expensive, but not thirty grand. :runaway:
