how long did it take for you to get PAL after mailing forms?

I just mailed out the PAL forms today, how long should i expect to wait for the card to arrive?

Mine took about 45 days from the day I mailed it (regular Canada Post) until the day that I received it in my mail box. How long you actually end up waiting seems to vary from applicant to applicant though.

Mailed mine on Sept 16th. Called the CFO this week to check, she final processed it while I was on the phone with her, then told me 2 weeks to get it i nthe mail. So, if that 2 weeks holds true, it'll be 6 weeks from the date I mailed it.

Mailed my application end of July/08, got my PAL on Sept. 11/08.

Just chiming in to say I had a similar experience. Mailed in early September, received the card on October 17th.

around 45 days from mailing forms to get my RPAL. also I forgot to mail some paper and they returned to me with asking to mail them that paper after 2 weeks.

i mailed mine on September 6 2012and i'm still waiting. It
is January 14 2013 now. My wife got a letter at the beginning of
December asking if she has any objections to me getting
the licence that she can reply by Dec 23. It is the rcmp
so I'm not surprised that their procedure is all over the place.

Day 75 it was approved on rcmp website.

In my hand maybe 4 days later.

I was lucky- dec 3rd mailed and jan 15 received. That includes Christmas and mailing times.

Exactly 50 days from when I mailed it to when I got it, that includes the entire holiday time. It was a regular PAL

Wow that scares me a little, i'm on day 54 hoping it doesn't take that long cause apparently i'm in the worst of provinces.
