You to respond to messages that orginate from your web site. Sent a message to you almost (5) days ago now and haven't heard a peep from anyone.

It's not the first time I've had delays in communication with your company but I'm just wondering if in fact you receive messages in a reliable manner from your web site.

I too was wondering if there might be a problem with the on site messaging system. I used it on June 20th and still haven't had an email back pertaining to my question, and it's actually the second time I've had no reply after using it.

What was it you needed to know, we get 300-500 a day and am pretty caught up at the moment.

Ditto. Sorry to say I have had a terrible time getting questions answered as of late. I can only ask the same question so many times before I feel like my business is more of a nuisance than something that is valued.
