Bought my Kimber Custom II on September 19th.
Got my EESA membership October 2nd.
Took the handgun safety course October 12th.
Today is October 30th and I'm still waiting.
I haven't even had a chance to shoot my first gun.... :(

How long did you guys have to wait?

I had to wait for almost a month. I actually called the office about two weeks later and it turned out my ATT has been approved and "in the mail" but I asked to fax it to me and re-mail it again. At the end it turned out original "in the mail" has never been mailed.
Moral of my story - bug them till you get yours, its your right to have one. Public servants should learn how to move their butts sometimes.

Have you talked to your club? The secretary should be able to tell you when the application went in.
You could ask Stormbringer - he is the president of your club.
You do know that the ATT is not mailed directly to you. It will go to the club, who will foreward it to you.

To get my att, lets see. I called them, waited about 15 min on hold. Once I got someone I asked for my ATT and for them to fax it over to me, 5 minutes later I got the fax, done.

I'm in Toronto and my safety date , different club, was the same as your. Was told it was faxed in to the CFO on the 20th and had my ATT in my hands on the 28th.

It all depends on your club as to when they faxed it in as well as who the ATT clerk they are dealing with, it sounds like some ATT clerks work faster than others.

Good luck and sit sight, it'll arrive soon.

There is ONE person who deals with target shooting ATTs.
In the course of operation of our club we have always found this person to be helpful and efficient. ATTs have always been issued promptly, whether for members, or for guests who do not have an ATT.

Only one? Which province are you referring to?

Will they email ATT's at all?

Is there a faster way than snail mail for someone who doesn't have access to a fax machine?

Be creative. When I needed it I asked rental office in the building I live in to receive fax for me and then called CFC and asked them to fax my ATT to their number. 15 minutes later I had it. Two weeks later snail mail arrived...
