How long for PAL?

Sappo, the photo is about 1.5" by 2". When you get your photo, trim and cut it down to size as per specs. A standard photo works, you just have to size it according to their math. It is not that small. Look at your driver's licence photo, it is smaller...

hmm.. yea im getting my buddy at the computer store to print it out and size it for me... just seems awfully small

I upgraded mine in the beginning of January and it was done about 2 weeks later.

I upgraded mine in dec -they recieved it Dec28 according to thier website, it has "passed initial processing" too, i called and the lady said that the CFO had it and to keep waiting and call back. The guy who did my test told me to pay only $40 for an upgrade to restricted but i have not seen this listed anywhere. is this what you paid?
