How long in the mail?

So im at the:

"Your application has been processed and your licence has been issued. If you have not received your licence within 2 weeks please contact the Canada Firearms Centre Toll Free number. (1-800 731-4000)"

stage, how fast did you guys get it in the mail? towards the end of 2 weeks? After a week?

Just a surprising thing I noticed, I and my references got called the 29th day and issued the same day: not to be mistaken with me calling them, as they called ME. Thank god i didnt become one of those "3+ month" nightmares. If i had to guess why I got called so fast is probably because before i applied for a r(pal) i had to do a background check for some volunteer work, that probably sped some things up.
 
They called my references and me on Monday, the 27th day from the day they entered it and later that afternoon it said it was approved. The next Monday I went to the mailbox and there it was. I am so impressed by them! I was worried about the 3 month waits too.
 
Some months they're busy, some months they're not. Hence the difference in turn around times.
They get times where they can't see the desk in front of them for the mound of paperwork other times they've got 20 to do.

how long did it take from the time you mailed the application to the time the website said they received it? I put mine in the mailbox sunday night to catch the monday morning mail. and its been a week now and they still haven't received it. This normal?

Extremely normal, i think mine only showed on the website a good 16-18 days after mailing it out.

Mine was 15 days from the time they received it before it posted on the website. That just happened friday past, so I am sure I have at least 2-3 weeks before I get anything back, if not more. Good luck.
 
Exactly 12 days including weekends from "Your application has been processed and your licence has been issued. If you have not received your licence within 2 weeks please contact the Canada Firearms Centre Toll Free number. (1-800 731-4000)"untill I received it.40 days from in there hands and back to me !
