How long should I make my fake suppressor?

I think it'll look good, and it's just for fun so who gives a fook.

My eye says two inches past the muzzle. It should balance the look nicely.
Post some pics when you get going.
 
so how long are you going to make it? and how long till its done? i want to see some finished pictures already. my vote is for a full shroud. they look great on skinny barrel rifles.

Dlask sells the barrels and can do the install and have it reclassified to non restricted. 550$ for the barrel plus paperwork and install.

Waste of money cause what the cost of the firearm is plus barrel and install you can buy two JR Carbine and not look like a nerds ray gun at Comicon.

Easy Mild. Not everyone likes AR styled firearms. No matter how ugly the gun it's gonna be liked by someone. And hell if it gets someone shooting all the better.
 
WOW i knew i was in the minority as a non AR owner but prejudice much?!

Instead of 2-3 years of club fees i have a gun i can take to my backyard to shoot.

I wish people would get this worked up over the important issues in life not what mod i put on what gun...

Knowing what Comicon is, hurts your effort to make fun of nerds and their rayguns. We know you were there in a wonder woman leotard. It's kinda like making fun of trekkies in klingon.

Let's let the OP do what he wants, and make fun of him in an entirely diferent thread. It's the CGN way.
 
I would keep it reasonably short. Truthfully, I don't mind it as it is.
CX4's are cool little guns, If they didn't cost so much to put a longer barrel on I would have one for popping gophers.

Thats the spirit. Lol

Its basically done now pending final fit and paint. I went with the full barrel option that way it will still fit in the case i have for it.

It will be a week or two before i get around to doing the duracoat but ill post pics once its done.(so the bashing can start again;))

They are a great gun.

I had a HK USC but didn't really use it. When I pick up another pistol carbine it will be a Storm, it has nice lines like an Italian car. The JR looks like a brick.

Have fun with it!
 
But my .40 jr carbine is a lot of fun at our woodland 15-60 yard gopher patches :) I might even neuter a couple of my mags to 5 for a snowshow hare/ grouse fun gun.
