How long to get a scoped repaired and sent back from Vortex Canada ???

Highly anticipated scope with lots of hype around it
 
I dealt with Vortex for a warranty issue. I got a phone call from a real human being a week later. She explained that there was an issue with my scope and they would s3nd me a new one. A week later I had it on my rifle. Since then I only buy their products. If your turn around is taking longer they may just be swamped. I have complete faith they'll make it right.
