I currently have 4.

Savage Mark IIBV - my favourite 22 at the mo
Cooey model 39 single shot- first gun I ever shot at the age of 4 under the tutelage of my long departed father.
Ruger 22 pistol - predates the whole "Mark X" thing, (actually I have yet to shoot this one)
Ruger 10/22 - I have a tapco stock but it's back in the factory wood, (I might get a short barrel and red dot for it and get it back in the tapco).

I'm considering a PPS 50 because of the old school look, but I'm always considering buying things, like an HP9 and a muzzlestuffer and a better scope for the Mark IIBV and a new bow and a new mount for my M14...

Too many to list ...

Non Restricted rifles - pump's, bolt's (single shot & repeaters), semi's & lever action's ... Cooey's, Winchesters, Brownings, H&R, Savage, etc.. Even have a beautiful Lee Enfield Model 47C in .22 pictured below

Restricted & Prohib handguns ... semi's & revolver's ... S&W, H&R, Erma, etc..

By far, .22's are the best "bang for your buck" of any firearm I have had the pleasure of shooting. Some of mine are for "eye candy" collectable reasons, others are just great fun to shoot, others carry some family history with them.

Also a few centerfire's in the .22 class as well ... 22 Hornet, Savage Model 110 in .223 & a .22/.410 over-under. Sadly, no 22-250 yet.

The one .22 that I don't own is a Ruger 10/22 ... it's just one of those guns that I've never got around to buying.

Mossberg Tacticool .22

why? because its cheap and fun for target practice - non restricted!

would like the norinco handgun (luger .22 style) also in the near future

I currently own five 22lr firearms. My Cooper Jackson Hunter is my all purpose rifle, my Anschutz 54 is a target rifle, my CZ 455 is my gun to teach new shooters, and my 9422 Tribute is my collector gun. My only 22 lr pistol is my S&W Model 41.

I didn't read past the first 50 replies.......

I will not subject you with a list of all my rimefires, suffice it to say I have too many and not enough!

Last count there were more than a dozen and I still check the EE every morning before work, everyday after work and every night before bed

That is a beautiful .22! I don't normally like bolt guns, but I like!

One lovely Cooey 39 that I rebuilt to factory-new conditions, and one old beat-up and broken Lakefield Mk.II that is beyond any help, but that I can;t bring myself to get rid of.

Looking to increase my numbers over the next while though, maybe make a small Cooey collection - A 64b is already in the tube, and after that I'll be hunting for a 75 and a 600. The plan is vague at the moment, but I think I will spend some time refinishing the stocks and spending some money to get the metal cleaned up and hot-blued. Some might think that a waste of time and money but I love my old 39, especially now with its gorgeous black metal and clean furniture that I will enjoy having a complete set with matching stock and metal.

And of course, I will enjoy taking each and every one of them out to blast gophers into the hereafter.

After that need is sated, I'm wanting a .22 WMR semi-auto for pure fun. Then one of those gorgeous Pietta PPSh-41 numbers...

Ugh, this thread is horrible for my pocketbook.

I have:

10/22 for high cap mag blasting and grouse shooting.

JW-25a because I know if I sell it I'll regret it. Has shot many squirrels and a grouse.

Henry AR7 for when I'm walking into heavy bush with a backpack

Savage mkIIf for making tiny groups

Savage 3C
Anschutz 180
Remington 572 pump
Marlin 39A - 1955
CZ 452 fullstock
High Standard with a Clark custom barrel
Cooey 60

Next on the list Browning T-bolt, Winchester 52, Ruger 10-22 and I think that will be it LOL

I have only one: a CZ 452 American 16" bbl. Reason I only have one is that I am new to firearms(got my PAL back in Oct.2010) and am the sole provider for my family of four. I wanted to ensure I got a nice .22 as I knew it would be the only one I could likely afford until my wife finishes school and goes back to work. Have to say that it is currently my favorite out of the 3 guns I own, though I have a fourth one coming in the mail that I am pretty excited to get, it'll be my first center fire bolt action(I love bolt action rifles). I use mine only for target practice at the range, but I'm hoping it'll get me a few grouse this fall.

Sold all my other .22s quite recently, some of which I had owned since high school in the 60s, when I got my second (sold the first one in the 70s) Ruger 10/22. It's bedded, has had the trigger smoothed, has the buffer installed, and has a good quality scope. It will shoot 1/2" at 50 yards and 1" at 100 yards all day long. I simply don't see the need to own any other .22. Well, except for maybe a second Ruger...

My first is a Stevens Favorite falling block single-shot. Still have it. Since then I have acquired...

Remington 572, pump action rifle
Remington 513T, bolt action target rifle

Hawes single action revolver, full size 45 colt frame in chrome
Arminius double action revolver, blued, 8 shot
