How many Glock's do you own?

I've owned/sold:

x3 Glock 17's
x2 Glock 37's
x1 Glock 31

...I've just purchased and am waiting for a 106mm Glock 29 :runaway:

I love Glocks, they have a special place in my heart.

Coooool! Is it from Questar? I spoke to Mark awhile back about ordering one..:) Please post some pictures and your opinions once you have it in hand.

If you eventually decide to sell it, please let me know.

Jeff.

Dsiwy,

Interestingly, my G20 has been the most accurate handgun I've owned...it always cuts ragged holes in the target.

Jeff.

OK, I was just out firing my new G21 today, and it is now tied with the aforementioned G20 for "most accurate". :p It's a "ragged holer!"

I have 1, a G17 first generation that I bought in 1990 when I first started shooting. It has digested anything I have put through it, any type of bullet I could find and reload has gone through the gun. Now, over 16 years later, the gun is still going strong with well over 65,000 rounds through it and in those 16 years, I can remember 2 jams, one was becasue I did not size the reloads correctly the other was a stove pipe casued by my weak handed grip. I have not changed a spring in the gun, I bought it new, and even the night sites that were on it when I bought it new, still glow enough that it can be clearly seen and shot in the dark. Although it is not my favorite pistol, that would be my Hi-Power and my Sig 228, there is no question that the G17 would be the first gun I would choose for a personal defence weapon, no matter were I was in the world and what ever conditions that particular enviroment could throw at it, I would trust it to run.

Yep, Questar... bought and paid for (thank goodness for "Credit"), however the wait time for the Barsto barrels (yes, I ordered two a 10mm and .40S&W barrel) is incredibly long. I probably won't have it until early 2007 :(

Keeping my fingers crossed though. But, good things come to those who wait right?

That should be a real beauty! ;)

Update: F#*^ the cash situation, plastic rules!! :D
Put my order in this afternoon on a G17 (black with the Tijicon sights) :dancingbanana:
(And I happen to know that Cocked&Locked secretly covets all Glocks. ;) )

 GAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH! I just found this you dirt bag!!!! Just wait till I get you to the range again, you don't get to shoot any of my toys! If someone tossed a glock into my coffin I'd come back from the dead to spit on it! Such Blaspheme.......

(which is to say they don't fit my hand at all, the don't point well, and the trigger sucks......where's my XD?)

Glock G19, courtesy of Mark at Questar, is my current favourite shooter and ultimate 'WITSHTF' unit...
Also enamoured with my long-standing G34...easiest to shoot well 'plastic
fantastic'....
I am 'back in love' with a recently aquired G21...fits my averages sized hand quite well and soaks up the recoil...especially nice as I have a KKK 10MM barrel, with some G20 mags that make this a very versatile unit!
WOW...I keep coming back to the Glock series as probably the benchmark in reliability and value for money....nothing else comes close!

Glock 17 with Advantage Arms 22 cal conversion kit.

Not a bad gun but I prefer the 1911 platform. When my Nighthawk custom arrives I'm giving the Glock to my wife.

Glocks ? Never !

Never say ever ! I was a 1911 fanatic, and later a CZ freak, but after couple of
shooting sesions with a G35 I became addicted...
So now I have one G35, one G22 and one G17 with an AA kit in .22LR...
And my Ruger GP-100 is up for sale...:)
Robert

One G17 in OD with night sights.

Couldn't pass on the offer Police Ordnance has on.
Contemplating a second, maybe after Christmas.:)

Glock may not be the # 1 choice out their , However for those who haven't shot or even held one !!! Don't knock it till you try it!!! It's actually the first handgun i've ever owned (Glock22c) along with a .22 cal barrel that i purchaced after the fact for it. I really like the fact that i can go from .40 s&w in the summer to .22 in the winter for indoor shootin', it really gives you a good handle on the gun being able to shoot all year round holding the same grip.!!! Just my opinion on the Glock!!!

The glock is a tool, plain and simple. It's like a trusty old hammer and about as glamourous. What it does it does well, accurate, reliable, and in the states, cheap. What the aren't is terribly ergonomic to most. It's the one gun that if I owned would just get tossed in the corner when I'm not using it. No attraction at all, just a tool, and not a nice one, sort of a sears bargin craftsman thing. I've shot several now, and other then watching the vid of the joker in the states shooting himself in the leg during a classroom presentation they just leave me cold. But like I said, its a good enough tool, and you can get a pile of parts to try to make the trigger decent, if it turns your crank go for it. I'll stick with my XD, and if I was buying another 9 it would be either the M&P (very nice in the hand, accurate too) or a steyr. (haven't shot one of these but I'd like too)

And I think they are one of the most visually attractive handguns out there...probably because of their utilitarian attitude. I love them.
