How many guns does the average CGNer own?

I was reading a poll in Rifle magazine recently, it was an old issue. It said the average number of firearms owned by Rifle subscribers was 66. It broke it down further to handguns, rifles and shotguns. Makes me wonder what the average number of guns owned by CGN members is.
Now, with the current state of the registry and our public image, I am not even sure we should say how many we own. It might be noted somewhere by someone we don't want to have those numbers. Interesting though that the average Rifle subscriber would own 66 firearms though, that seems really high.
Personally I have a lot of guns and I know members with over 100 and one in particular with over 300 and maybe these up the average somewhat.
My guess though is about 15 guns per CGN member. What do you think?
The old addage of "Beware the one gun man, he likely knows how to use it" probably doesn't apply to most of us.

currently have a 223, 260, two 30-06's (one for sale), just sold a 243, have another one coming in a few weeks or so. couple years ago I had about a dozen centerfires...too many IMO

Lets see.... by caliber:

Lakefield MarkII .22LR
Savage 110 .22-250
Colt AR-15 Match H-Bar .223
Sporterized Swedish M38 6.5x55
Winchester M70 Featherweight 6.5x55
Winchester M70 7mm Rem Mag
Winchester 94 RCMP Commemorative .30-30 (Display only)
SKS 7.62x39
Custom Stainless Ruger 77 MKII .35 Whelen
Ruger Carbine .44 Rem Mag
Baikal single shot 20g
Mosseberg pump 12g

I guess that would be 12

I would guess the average CGNr to be around 10 with the average gun owner to be around 3.

Right now I have 12, but my inventory is constantly changing as I always swap a few in and out of my dads collection when I get an itch for change.

I figure he has between 25 and 30. All CF rifles except 3 shotguns.

I'm not saying how many guns that I have, but a quick count tells me that I have at least 33 different calibers and guages. I may have more, that's just what came to mind right off. Some of the chamberings I have as many as up to 4 different firearms in.

It's a bit hard to believe that the average subscriber to Rifle magazine would have 66 rifles unless there are some huge collections that are skewing the result.

Had I kept everything that I've ever owned I'd be around that number but trading quantity for quality I'm at an even dozen right now which gives me more than enough to do what I want to do. Every gun in the safe has to have a specific and practical reason to be there.

About 10 rifles and shotguns, about 35 handguns with registration certificates, and about 30 handguns with no registration certificates.

The 30 are waiting for my 12(6) hearing to end successfully.
