How many of you have ruined dies and how?

I was using spray lube (aerosol) and the mist was there... lube there was not. Ruined my FL die.
Military crimped primers has destroyed a couple hornady custom pins and spindles...
Only use lee decapper now...
 
Broke a decapping pin on dillon dies. 44 mag wouldn't go fully into the sizing and decapping die. Instead of stopping and checking I kept trying and snap. Turns out a 9mm was stuck in the 44 case. Luckily new pins are cheap.
