How many of you use your muzzleloader for the complete season?

Leave the centerfire 400 yard shooter at home and just stick with your scoped/unscoped muzzleloader?

Ever since I started deer hunting (about 20 years ago), I've used a muzzleloader, when everyone else used a shotgun. Shotgun/ML only. Never considered myself at a disadvantage.

I switch but only for ease of loading and unloading when done hunting

I haven't shot my omega in at least two years. Ill dust it off for my cousins mule deer hunt in oct.

Nope, after two months of archery and two to three weeks of muzzle loading I am angry and ready to stick it to the #**#* that won't come into range. That's right critters, it's 257 Weatherby time! (Maniacal laugh...maniacal laugh!)

I've done it for a few seasons and enjoyed it. My ultimate goal was to take a bighorn with my muzzleloader and once I did that, I must admit to hunting less with the smokepole. Change is good I guess.
