How many pistols of the same calibre do you own?

How many in the same caliber?

.45 ACP is the go to when I head to the range. I usually take both my Springfield and Glock but the Glock recently went back to its previous owner so now its just the one. I wouldn't mind getting something in 9mm because I have some ammo to use up but haven't decided on what to buy.

Lots of 45 ACPs, lots of 9mms, lots of 38s, lots of 357s, a bunch of 380s, a bunch of 44s, a bunch of 32s, and a handful of some other calibers.

I typically go to the range with 3 or 4 and try to make a comparison.

So far, no repeats. One each of .22 magnum, .357 magnum, .45ACP, .44 magnum, ,460 S&W, and a Glock 20 that has 3 barrels (.40S&W, .357 SIG and 10mm).
I do have a 9mm, another .357 magnum revolver and a .357 magnum Coonan coming though.
What I take to the range varies. It depends on a number of factors.
I usually take 2 to 4 with me at a time. Maybe more if I am taking a new shooter out. They might all come out on pumpkin day!

Who are you, the CFO?

A good number of .22 handguns. You buy some nice ones, grab some cheap used ones, get some classic target guns because they're generally under-valued. Toss in a conversion kit or two.

A good number of .38SPL/.357MAG (unless we're separating those). Just sooooo many revolvers to buy.

A lesser number of 9mm. And it goes down from there.

But the most I own in a single calibre for sure, two dozen or so 7,62x25mm. I'm nowhere near the gun collector that many people are (some who have posted probably got me beat a hundred times), but I'll tell you I've got more Tokarevs than most!

9mm, 45acp, .22lr and 7.62X25, but I mostly shoot 9mm and .22lr. If I could only choose one caliber, it would definitely be 9mm. If I could keep another one, I would say .22lr. I'm not a big fan of hard hitting rounds. Some of the guys are looking for the bigger round avalaible.... Not me ;)

Just a couple of .22 handguns these days (GSG & a Browning Contour URX 7.25"), a MINT condition Coey .22 bolt action rifle, a highly customized Ruger 10/22, and I have the CZ 455 .17 HMR / .22 COMBO barrel bolt action rifle on lay away, & arriving in a couple of weeks.

I've generally had only one handgun in each caliber, but I currently have two .45s that both appear to be keepers, and two in .40, though I think I'll be selling the .40 Jericho... sweet gun, but I'm not a fan of the slide-mounted safety

.460 x 1
.45 x 2
10mm x 1
.40 x 2
9mm x 1
.380 x 1
.22 x 1
