My load is 10 grains of blue dot pushing a 200 gr pill using a stock pistol, with Nickled Remington brass. I'm on my 4th reload. Brass still looks good. No Glock bulge. Thoughts.

Until they split? I'm at 5 reloads ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also, mine is a gen 4 and i felt that my chamber was a bit generous, so i use an aftermarket barrel.

Reason 101 why I love my GP's.....

No unsupported area. For the brass to bulge, it would have to expand at the extractor groove.

I lose my brass before I need to toss it. I have loaded more 10mm for the 20 than I can even guess. The only time I was bulging brass was with loads that were way over max. I ditched my heavy springs and aftermarket barrels years ago after lots of testing myself. The stock 20 is more than capable of handling the cartridge. I have owned 3 gen 3, 2 gen 4 and most recently a model 40. For the 200 grn weight in particular I use 10.5grns blue dot. It gives about 1170fps out of the 20 and 1450 out of my TNW.

I'm interested to hear more about your testing. I consider myself a 10mm fan though I've never owned one. More info would be nice.
