How many rounds through your 10/22's

Hey guys, I was out shooting squeaks all day today with my brother and he had his brand new 10/22 and I had my beater 10/22. I realized that I must have put many many thousands of rounds through the thing over the years. I cleaned it for the first time two years ago. I must have 100,000 rounds my beater.

I wanna hear about other high round count 10/22s or other 22s.

That's what I love about .22LR, it's so cheap to shoot. I love the centerfires, but today I shot well over a thousand rounds, and so did my brother, and if it was centerfire, it woulda been a lot of money.

Mines probably pushing 50,000 rnds and keeps on going.

Mine has seen 3 barrels(different weights and lengths) and around 80k since 1990. The only part that broke was an extractor.

I bought my 10-22 several months ago, and I have never shot it. In fact, after 40ish years of shooting everything from pistols to FN-FAL's, I have yet to fire a single round out of a 10-22.

My 10/22 Target is about a year old... i'd say +- 3000rds so far. I dont take it to the range often but when I do, it's one brick per day at minimum.

I figure 3 bricks a year (some years more... some years less), dad bought it new in '71.......... So 60K+

Back about 4 or 5 years ago the ejector broke, not the extractor, but the bit that knocks the spent case out of the extractor. Other than that, no repairs required.

I've got one thats about 40 years old... Been in the family for along time.

I've personally probably got more than 20k through it. Who knows about all the others who've had it in my family before me.

probably just around 1000 through mine. But to be fair a only got it recently I fully intend on matching some of the higher numbers that have been posted!

I have no idea on how many rounds have been through mine... I've had it since 1980. Tens of thousands of rounds have been shot out of it for sure!

after 3 teenagers, 7 neices and nefews, 2 brother-in-laws and several other friends and family I am not even going to guess not to mention me and my overhappy trigger finger at the range and the 100s of grouse that met there maker, oh and the fact of all the mods that probably could have bought me my own gun range by now

last summer alone was over 14,000 rounds in 2 10/22s and now I have a 3rd one
