i'm down to 11 handguns, it was really really hard to sell off my guns, i had a good collection going for a bit, but then i realized i had other responsibilities
i'll be left with sigs, glocks, and surplus handguns like the tokarev and cz-52, and a shotgun I will buy myself a cz 858 for xmas though and would really l like to get my hands on a Swiss arms 223 rifle, just because it looks cool, and non-restricted can you say.... hijack? sorry guys!
i'm trying to find a shot counter for pistols but haven't had much luck. i'm looking for something really small that has a magnet and can be put on the slide. anyone hear of such a device?
it's a pretty simple gadget, i can't be the only one who has thought of it. it would sell like hot bread me thinks!

I have my primary Glock G22 that has at least 60,000 to 70,000 rounds through it. I say at least because I bought it used, and the previous owner used it for IPSC competition as well. It was well used when I bought it, and I have shot at least 60,000 if not 70,000 rounds from that particular gun myself. It was originally purchased for my wife to attend a Black Badge Course.
Original barrel, second ejector, several springs later, and it still works wonderfully. Most of my rounds have been lowered power factor for Production shooting. All of my rounds have been jacketed or copper washed. There have been VERY few fail to fires, and none of them were the fault of the gun except for spring breakage. I now replace the trigger return spring annually.
The only other gun I own with that many rounds is a Para Ordnance P16-40. It is on the second barrel, refitting, chromed, many sears and hammers, springs, extractors, etc.. I love it (have more than one), but it doesn't come close to the reliability of a Glock in an extremely high round count situation.
