Gut'em get them back to the house skin'em and if need be warm water and a rag to wipe out the cavity. Done 1/2 a dozen buffalo and the buther likes how my animals come in clean and ready to hang. Cept one big bull that we accidentially cut the tendon on :shock: he was a little pissed about that one it was only about 1000lbs :roll:
