How much 231 to reload 145 gr?

Since I don't see Hodgdon load data listed for 145 gr FMJ 9 m.m. using W231 I'm wondering if I can get some input from the more knowledgeable reloaders I know on here?

I'm thinking 3.8 - 4.2 gr but I'd like to know what others think of this? It'll be used in my Jericho 941 and a Glock arriving next week.

Yes I know WSF would probably be a better powder and I've ordered some but in the meantime, it would be nice to be able to safely use what I have.

Edit: Forgot to mention OAL about 1.102 ?

Aim 147 [plated]/ 4.0 of 231/ 1.110 loa/ .375 crimp, works fine for me , in both cz 75 & a para 18.9 .Lyman gives 4.1 as max. anything 1.1+ should be ok
