i just sold one for $450. they are around 350-450 depending on condition, fairly cheap for a kick-ass gun that shoots cheap ammo. if i had to choose between a cz52 and a tokarev, i would go with the tokarev.

the tokarev has a smaller grip, and a slide release, the cz52 has a larger grip and no slide release at least not the one i had. Oh ya, and the mag release is on the bottom of the mag well on the CZ, i don't like that. I like the Tokarev much more since it's design is like the old Colt 1911's. slim but has weight to it since the whole gun is steel. i've heard that there are many issues with the cz52, a few small parts need to be changed to make it reliable.
that's just what i have heard, and read on other forums.
I don't think I'll have a problem with a VZ 52 mag release, since my P1 is set up the same way. I'll have to do some more looking into the CZ 52 parts flaws though...
Update: Apparently the issues are the firing pin (Easy to fix, and you could probably make your own if you have the correct tools), and the Safety/decocker (The same issue as the late-war P38s).
