How much did your rig cost?

And yet you don't quote a price on yours! Lol

My PGW will be my top pick for a centerfire and my 22lr would double that easy.

15k so far add another grand for each time i wear out the barrel. I chose all the parts and had EM Precision build it. I posted a different pic before but here it is again. (I should really take more pics of it, i love this gun.)

Defiance Deviant Tactical action. Left port right bolt single shot.
Trigger Tech trigger.
Krieger 1:9.35 twist 29" barrel
Macmillan A5 stock custom colours
Brake and cerekote done by EM Precision.
ATRS rings Nightforce B.E.A.S.T. scope.
It currently has an atlas Bipod but might get something more heavy duty if i can afford it.
I should say the gun was a lot less but when you add 100s of dollars worth of reloading components, range finder and other things to support one rifle i count that as a cost.

My Coyote was $3700 in mint condition from a CGNer. NightForce and mounts were ++.
My biggest rifle purchase was an Insite Arms build.
6k + mounts and S & B glass.
Worth every dollar to me.

Why is everything fun sooooo expensive? I enjoy looking at those nice builds, but I will never buy one in my lifetime, just don't have that kind of coin. Thank goodness for cheaper factory stuff. At least I can still shoot.

Most people have other passions as well as shooting. I don't have a 10k quad, 20k side by side, classic car or motorcycle. All these things cost more than my gun if you factor in gear trailers and parts.

I love shooting. I hunt because i grew up with it and it gives me a chance to shoot more, but i am not a hunter who shoots. I am a shooter who hunts.
I own more stupid guns for just throwing lead at paper than i do practical guns. I have over 7k invested in my 223 and wear a barrel out every 3 years from shooting 6k rounds a year minimum. I have never and don't really plan on shooting my above 338 Lapua AI at an animal unless i chance across one during hunting season and have it with me. I even bought an 1800 browning maxus nust to go trap shooting with my buddy
I just wish there was more things to do around my area for shooting sports. We have rod and gun clubs but they are really just fishing and hunting clubs that give my plastic pistols and ARs funny looks.

This one started as a Rem 700 tactical and now 8 have about 8k into the gun once my cadex chassis shows up. I dont even want to think of the cost of ammo that i put through this thing.

I have spent 18K on my drumset in total. I do not have any really expensive rifle rigs ( most expensive rifle/scope combo is 1800ish) I own 35 rifles all worth between 500 and 1500. My drums are all vintage gear that was painful to acquire over 10 years. Paiste black label cymbals and Ludwig 3 ply drums. Faithful recreation of Led Zeppelin drumset and LOTS MORE. I have too many hobbies to sink too much money into any one thing.

Nothing special, about $11K invested in the Cadex Guardian rifle, Vortex Razor HD2 glass, Falcon bipod, Savvy Sniper sling, magazines, drag bag, etc.
