How much duracoat do you use for a barrelled action?

How much duracoat do you use on a normal rifle job? I try to figure out how much do i need to do 3 or 4 rifles.

I would estimate that 2oz would be plenty for any barreled action so for 3-4 rifles aim for 8oz total volume of Duracoate.
If you are set for Duracoat that's fine.
IMHO mixing resin and hardener when you don't know how much you are going to use leads to wastage or unfinished job.
2400 series KG Kote will give you as good or better coating without mixing and the rest of fluid from the sprayer you can return to can.

from my experience with duracoat, using a badger brand airbrush kit. the 4oz bottle of OD was enough to do 1 moss 500, 1 1906 Turkish mauser, 1 norc 1911, 1 usgi m14stock. So it should do 3 entire rifles, with maybe a little left over depending how thick you go.
