How much is a M39 mosin Nagant in Canada these days?

$800 + unless something is very wrong, or you get lucky.

A site sponsor has one for $1500, plus shipping and tax, and it comes out to around $1800.

The price has definitely gone up. Supply and demand, but also now people know what they are. A few years ago it was different.

They are selling in the U.S. For $400-900 depending on year+maker etc, and if you do the exchange rate now, it comes out to about the same. They are however a lot rarer in Canada.

Just because someone has one listed at 1500, or 2100 doesn't exactly mean what its worth. The 1500$ one I saw, and that site is known for charging more than a item is worth.

If that person try's to resell I could see maybe 1200, as it did have one of the extremely hard to find bayonets (worth roughly 300), however they would be bumping here forever if they wanted there money back.

Edited to add: the one for sale for 1500$ still hasn't sold, that website just likes to shuffle its order to make it seem like items are moving.

I paid $125 for my post war VKT recently. It is in very good shape, except for a small arsenal repair to the stock. It was a lucky find at a small gun show.
