So I received the green light from my FiL to sell a matching pair of shotguns he gave me a while ago.
They are pretty amazing, but just not "my kind of thing". Barely used, few rounds of trap with me is all the action they saw in the last 50 years (or more?), and they performed flawlessly.

Here are the specs:

Matched set of Pedro Arrizabalga Eibar sxs 12ga shotguns. 27&1/2" barrels, 2x triggers, side locks, ejectors, tab safety. Imp mod & Imp cyl.
Walnut furniture (exhibition grade), gold & silver inlays, travel case, leather take down case, muzzle protectors.

The condition is good, very little use. No rust or pitting, bluing all there (except a few rub marks under the muzzle protectors). Some nicks in the wood from storage, and the leather TD case could use a restitch.

I tried doing some research on them, but just not sure (early 30's to 70's??). No pics yet (they are at my FiL's place)
Any advice would be most appreciated, especially a ballpark estimate $$

The proof marks on the action flats, barrel flats and ahead of the flats will give you a whole lot of information, including date of manufacture.
Clear pictures will help in evaluating quality of build and condition.
Nobody can evaluate these guns without details.
Pedro Arrizabalaga was started in 1944, and is still in business. They have a website.
They only build best quality guns today, but they made guns to different price points, and quality levels, in their earlier years.
You might inquire of Arrizabalaga via email, about your guns.

Don't count your chickens until the sale closes. A fine shotgun is something to appreciate; a pair of them is supposed to only appreciate in value. No doubt someone will want.

You might consider negotiating with a volume auction company for a lower premium and setting a fairly high minimum bid. That way you will get wide exposure, and hopefully get more of a return than reposting a WTS ad on the Exchange.

Thank you for the quick replies.
I tried looking up the marks on their website, but no luck (though I don't have much experience with this). I'll have a closer look.
It really was a high lite using it on the trap field, and if I had the space I would be keeping it (It is currently not even stored at my house so can't take any pics atm). It is well stored, so I guess it can only appreciate in value.

Your assumption that these guns can only appreciate in value is likely wrong.
As more and more of the world moves away from lead shot, these guns may well fall in value.
We are not immune to this trend away from lead, here in Canada.
This doesn't detract from beautiful guns, but it does speak to market value.
