How much torque on Action Screws

As the title says, I was wondering how much torque to put on the action screws. Is there a range that I should be staying in? How much effect (on accuracy) does varying the torque create? I assume that it is important to have the same amount of torque on all of the screw?

My Anschutz torque wrench is set to 5nm...

Depends on what action and to a certain extent it also depends on how your gun is bedded. 35 - 65 inch pounds is typical.
