How much will the UN Arms Trade Treaty affect the price of milsurps in Canada?

Anybody have any input on this? I've read the generalized run down on the price hike for new imports but will that make the same price impact on milsurps?

Many of the rifles coming into Canada out of the US, already have the markings. Prices will pretty much stay as they are.

I don't like the markings one bit but for some firearms, you just can't get them without markings.

Well that's good news but how about the imports from Eastern Europe I wonder?

I'm not sure about all of them but many of them go to Century International in Virginia before they come up here. Those are all marked.

Well, if it does happen the milsurp we have in the country will certainly go up in value due to the fact it's unmarked.

I only worried about those being imported directly from the US by a person. Not stuff going into the US then here.

Import marked rifles will sell for less than un-marked rifles, all other things being equal. I would be more worried about the overall reduced availability of MILSURPs after the UN small arms trade control measures.
