How NOT to fire a pistol grip shotgun. VIDEO

on a side note, i was watching DEA on TV and one of the members there was holding a PG shotgun just like that when he entered a house, he didnt shoot but if he did, i wonder of same would happen or hes been training to hold it really firm ?

The first time out with my Norinco 14" HP9-1 (Rem 870 action) 12-gauge, I tried it one handed with el-cheapo 100-pack 2 3/4" field/target loads. It was rough but manageable.

Then I tried it with a 3" Slug. Blew the thing clean out of my hand and hurt like hell.

Stupid? You bet! Could have broke my finger, my wrist, etc.

But I had to know :p

i can fire 3" rem high velocity 7/8oz slugs from my 12,5" grizzly one handed no problem ? and im only like 5'8" and 170 lbs small ?

Sorry if this is a repost, it was new to me.

VIDEO

You just know what is going to happen as soon as he takes aim.

I guess i just don't understand why anyone would want to put a pistolgrip on a shotgun. i guess it's the cool factor?? like the gangsta a$$holes who hold the pistol sideways when they shoot.

I can't help but laugh at any silly sob who would make his "tactical" shotgun 75% less effective because he wants to look cool while he's getting his a$$ blown off. Like bringing a knife to a gunfight.

Did the same damn thing with my Mav 88 with a 2-3/4 rifled slug, the first day I had her.

I had a good shiner and a bruised lip. The most severe damage was to my ego!
