Slightly off topic, but in the same thread. I drove up to my friend's house one winter day. He was in his whites, standing back against a big maple tree, holding his .22 cal air rifle. I looked at him. He put a finger to his lips and pointed up in the tree. Fekking chatterbox squirrel! I let myself into the house and helped myself to his fridge. He came in later all smiles. A particular buck squirrel that had ranged his air rifle, and knew to stay out of range. Most of that squirrel family were already dead in the killing field, but not this male. The whites and a new tactic did the trick.
