How small a group could I expect at 300 meters with factory ammo?

I have the same rifle that you have except mine is not a thumb hole stock. I was out last week for the first time and on factory ammo is was only getting 1moa at 150 yard.I have been reloading for a while now and had some reloads to try and and after some minor tuning I was under 1/4moa at the same distance with 55grremington PLHP and 33gr of alliant 15 powder. I know that tuning my trigger made a big differance from the factory it was almost 7.5lbs and I tuned it in to a comfy 2.25lbs. As said before if you can get good factory to shoot wait and get good reloading supplies then reload. But if factory wont shoot then see if a friend who has some reloading stuff can help you try loads before spending all the cost of starting to reload.
