The gun will come with an aftermarket barrel. You will have no worries with the "Glock Bulge" or with shooting lead. As for the Glock 30...www.google.com

G29 is fantastic. I also got a .40cal conversion barrel with mine so I can shoot the cheaper .40 in IPSC matches. I shot mine in a CCW match in the States this year. Now that was tons 'o fun.

Questar won't be getting any in any time soon, unless you want to pay $750 ON TOP of the price of the gun.

Yeah I don't really enjoy dealing with them for that reason. I just wish I'd known I could buy Lone Wolf stuff without going through them. I have been saving myself over 30% on barrels. I don't know why I thought they were the only route...

Other than them try the EE. I see Glock compacts for sale pretty regularly.

Zero... No matter the barrel length a pistol is always at least restricted.

 that was a woopsie on my part
I meant to ask if there was any possibility of getting the G29SF with extended RESTRICTED not prohib barrel.
I held off getting the G29 a while back in the hopes of getting the SF when it became available.

I have just pick up my canadian access to firearms and Sporteque have a Glock 20 sf in stock 749.NIB not a 29 sf Wow sounds like I will have to wait a while to get my dream gun I well keep looking. I'll never sell my G29. It's my CCW gun for when I'm in the States. It would feel like handing my life over to the Goblins if I gave it up.

The grip is from AGrip and the sights are Tru-glo TFO's. Fantastic sights, very bright in the daytime and they have tritium for the glow in the dark night shoots. ;)

Try Dave's Sports Shop they are in Lynden, Washington USA you can find their link on the top right of this page.

Do you keep a proper size barrel down there? Does the 29 take the hot stuff as good as the 20?

When I bought the G29 it didn't come with the original barrel. So far it's taken the hottest reloads I can throw at it and it feels just as good as the G20. I use the magazine extensions and that made a big difference in how it handled.

Hi MercuryO where did you buy your 29? Also what do you think of the 29sf, I do want a sub compact but 750. for a 29sf sounds good maybe I need both!

I bought mine from Questar. I haven't held the G29sf but I'd like to see how much of a difference there is. So far though the regular G29 is a fantastic pistol.
