Put the spam can into a 5 gallon bucket, fill said bucket with tannerite. Take aim and presto, can is open.

The dealers could give the ammo away for free, but charge $400 for the tool to open the can. Something like when you buy those really expensive beer t-shirts, the ones that come with a free case of beer.
