First buy a hunting license. That'll take (about) 10 minutes and $17. dollars.

You can either mail it or fax it.

Make sure to add as much ammo to the list as you use. Every caliber, each manufacturer, and 5x the amount you'll probably take across each time. Don't forget any reloaded ammo. If it's not on the list you can't take it across. If you have a hunting license then you can purchase ammo in the States, but you can't bring it back across, unless you have the proper import/export paperwork.
