How to apply Imperial Die Sizing Wax to cases?

I just rub my fingers lightly on the wax, then pick up a case and twist it between two lubed fingers. You don't need to renew the wax on your fingers for every case, you can tell if you have enough by how slippery the cases are. Avoid getting too much on the neck/shoulder like with any other lube. Wash up with soap and water.
This is definitely a case of "less is more."
You can also load up a small cleaning patch or scrap of old t-shirt with a little wax, and just brush it on that way.
When I resize cases, often I will only brush just a little on the neck and shoulder, and leave most of the case body dry.

Same here, even the small can will last most reloaders for years.

Probably the best lube for case resizing and for case forming procedures that I've ever used. Other than that, I can't add much to whats already been said about it.
It is absolutely amazing how little of this product is required to do even the most difficult sizing operations.
I would still avoid putting any on the shoulder of the case.
I first became aware of this product about 20 years ago.
Bought a small tin....lasted a long, long time, and at the time, I was shooting 3000+ round of CF ammo per year.
I finally replaced the empty with the new, larger tin.
Probably will last till I cannot shoot anymore, lol.
As for the neck insides, I have always used powdered graphite for that.

My method as well.
When I first started using this product, I was using waaaayyyyy too much and started getting shoulder dents
. Like others have said here, you just need a touch of it.(E)
More >> less. I get lower runouts using a generous amount of Imperial, and the can still lasts a long time.

Somebody came up with a great idea for inside-neck lube. I wish I could remember who it was 'cause it's brilliant. Take a couple of tbsp of fine lead shot and put them into a film canister or pill bottle. Dump some powdered graphite in, put on the lid and shake. To use, simply push the cases into the shot as far as the shoulder. Works like a charm; when the cases start sticking a bit, shake the bottle again.

Put some Wax on a nylon neck brush and use one push in and pull out, your good to go.
Did that once, never again, too much work to get the wax out later.
Also Imperial is good stuff.
