How to Burn 223 Ammo Not being used for Service Rifle

I’m coming at this project from a different angle then most I think. It’s a combination of using what I have and building what I want in my price window. For now, i have a couple K of Win once fired brass and 69 SMK heads to use. I have no doubt I’ll move up to heavier heads before too long.
