How to buy 308 win ammo for as cheap as possible

Last shop I was in fed blue box was about the cheapest. Could compare prices online. Or start to reload. Used press and dies, once fired brass, buy powder when deals show up on the ee, or buy in bulk. Same with primers. Bullets, bulk hornadys are about the cheapest I've found. - dan

If you just want blasting for fun ammo use the cheapest powder you can get that’s suitable for 308, and use the campro bulk 308 FMJ bullets
I bought a bunch of that 8x63 Swedish machine gun ammo years ago to break down and use for 8mm Mauser but since I don’t shoot my K 98 that much I came up with a load to use that powder in 308 with the cam pro bullets and it’s been working real good so far
If you don’t want to reload the cheapest 308 I’ve seen for sale is the PMC brand or see if someone at a gun show has any of the spam can norinco stuff
