How to choose the correct cleaner !!

One of the most frequently asked questions received by our team in regards to cleaning products is where do I even start!?.

To help explain the differences between our cleaners and identify their strengths, Bore Tech, Inc. developed the Chemical Selection Guide. Click on the link below to view a larger version of the guide. The cleaners are listed by name and they have conveniently broken down the fouling types that each cleaner excels at removing. A few usage recommendations are also provided.

I have been using the Bore Tech bore eliminator bore cleaner for the last 5 years, never bother with wire bore brush anymore, simply wet the bore with good amount of it and leave for the night. Run a few more wet patches of that again the next day then finish up with G96.

C4 carbon remover is great for general cleaning on pistols as well.
