Made in 1921 according to the serialization chart I use. Most of these charts are known to use averages. Particularly near wartime like this, larger numbers were produced during the war years and lower numbers afterward. The averaging could make it seem like it was built later than it actually was. There's a good possibility that it was actually built during the war.
