How to fit ss barrel to action ?.

I'm looking for help on how to fit a barrel to a receiver for a single shot cooey shotgun.I just bought a complete receiver from another cgn'r.I've got a couple barrels that were made for this receiver.I'm only having probs will one barrel in 12ga.It will allmost lock up but can't pull the hammer back.I've got a 20 and 410 ga barrel that work no probs on the reciever and want to get the 12 ga barrel working as well.I don't want to screw anything up but I think it's just making the barrel lug a little deaper but want to make sure before I go ahead and do a little dremling.

Forget about the Dremel. Wrong tool.
The hammer won't #### because the lock is not engaging the barrel lug completely. Use some spotting compound to find out why.

Tiriaq is bang on, as always. I have fitted these barrels using blackening compound and a single cut file. Pay careful attention to angle when cutting. A Dremel is asking for a WTB in the Parts and Bits section.
