I bought some ammo at SFRC. There was a problem with them (from the supplier, SFRC had no way of checking the ammunition as it is in sealed boxes). I had picked it up in the store on the way back from a match in Kingston (I live in Ajax), so it was never even shipped in the first place. Not only did they replace all the ammo with more expensive factory ammo but also Ryan happened to be in my general area (I was still out of the way though), and he came to my door and switched it, costing him time and saving us both some shipping costs and avoiding the mail strike. Now, I am sure the door to door guarantee cannot be given to everyone lol but it was very nice of him to do that and again reassures me that SFRC is and will remain my ammo source.
 
But more importantly, hopefully Ryan can get compensated by the manufacturer for his extraordinary efforts due to their lack of quality control.

I doubt he will be fully compensated beyond replacement of the ammunition, but hopefully word of mouth, both about actions like this and their ongoing excellent customer support, brings more business which pays off over and over.
 
I've been using them for my ammo as well and couldn't be happier. Great prices and very fast shipping, in fact I have some on the way right now.
 
Bought 3 guns from SFRC so far. The first one was a little rocky, I was new to the EMT thing and it was a bit of a hassle to sort everything out on both sides. I bought again, a handgun and a mag fed Norinco shotgun. On my mag fed Norinco the sights were different than advertised, he called me up to let me know before he shipped it to ask if that was still okay or if I wanted a refund. That's pretty good customer service as far as I'm concerned.

PS Those Homeland Security 780's are complete crap, mine is now unsafe to fire, please send those heaps back to China! You carry too much good stuff to sully it with the 780
 
Did he happen to mention anything about laughing behind my back? Maybe drop something off for OTO? :p

Always had great dealings with SFRC.

I've only dealt with SFRC one time but the .45 ACP reloads I purchased in March arrived very quickly after the order went through, and the 350 or so I've shot so far all worked perfectly.

This type of feedback, combined with my own experience means I'll be going back to them for more when this 1000 is gone.
