how to fix a mistake (not even their fault)

I recently bought an M&P 15-22 rifle which at the time came with 5 mags. Transaction was smooth, great communication and it shipped pretty quickly. I was a bit disappointed to only find 4 of the 5 mags when I opened the box. A quick email and a PM explaining the situation and Ryan shipped another mag no questions asked. Not only were they selling the gun with 5 mags for a lower price than some of the other dealers were selling the gun plus a single mag, they backed it up with no questions aske customer service. Yeah it was my first purchase from these guys but it certainly won't be my last.
 
In the past 3 months I have made multiple orders worth well over several thousand dollars. These were for a wide variety of products with only one small mistake which Ryan covered at his loss. Now I didn't ask for this, Ryan insisted!! Ryan and the girls do a bang up job and have my future business locked in. Thanks again for all you do SFRC!!!
 
It just goes to show that customer service goes a long way!!! I wish more companies would adopt this kind of thinking!! Nice job Ryan, thats what will keep you on top!!
