How to get Boyd stock??

I did everything online,

Ordered:
Tacticool stock for MarkII 92.00
Trigger and plate kit for 22.00

Shipping was quoted at 104.00 WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it me or this doesn't add up?

Please help, I would love to have this ship and all but I'm not getting remotely close to what other people are paying.

Just make sure they charge $53 dollars vice $100 at the end of the bill after you order.
If it's $100 call customer service.
I ordered a stock today and he told me there is a glitch in their system sometimes.
They will return the money.
They are awesome guys to deal with, great customer service.
 
I applied a couple extra layers of clear coat from a spray can before I put the action in. The can was around 6 bucks at RONA. It seemed to seal the wood better than the factory direct finish IMO.

that little nugget of info would have saved me a lot of scratches!

go to their web page, pick the stock you want, pay for it and they send it to you.
they DID have one style of stock that was blocked from export due to the name of it but they have since changed the name and are able to export it freely now.
Boyd's has an export license for up to $500 per purchase per individual.

My shipping was what 15.00 because I had it sent to a US address. There was no duty, No brokerage and no Canada post fees as other have mentioned. Was it worth it. Ask yourself what you paid and you have your answer.

Boyd's is using a new website and there are glitches in the system... right now when you put two items in your basket the software DOUBLES the shipping... this is not accurate and Boyd's will not charge this amount... the shipping on an order will run around $52 to Canada.

Except... that product is shyte and will flake in short order. The product you want is called Krylon UV Clear Matte and is available at Michael's Craft stores for about $8... this one is UV resistant, non yellowing and low reflective, and will not break down or flake.

ill have to add that to the wifes attack list for the next time she goes to get crafting supplies.
 
I actually gave them a call the next day and they were great to deal with. Very happy with the service they provided, now I want to get my hands on the goodzzzz. Let hope the Xmas shipping frenzy doesn't hold up the mail time too much.
